Refund policy

Digital products: all sales are final

Everything Ownerhood sells is a digital download. Because a file can't be returned once it's delivered, all sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't give refunds once a purchase is complete.

That includes changing your minds, or finding that a workbook doesn't fit your situation. Please read each product page, including what's inside, who it's for and the file format, before you buy.

Free products and file problems

Free products, including the Grant Readiness Toolkit Starter Set, have nothing to refund.

If any file won't download or open, or a fillable field or automatic total doesn't work, email us. We'll send a working copy, usually within two business days. The fillable features work best in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, so try opening the file there first.

How to contact us about an order

  1. Email hello@joinownerhood from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
  2. Add your order number, which is in your order confirmation email.
  3. Tell us what went wrong. We'll reply within three business days.

If your order qualifies for one of the exceptions below, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Exceptions

  • Duplicate orders: if you bought the same product twice by mistake, we'll refund the extra order.
  • Files we can't deliver or fix: if a file never arrives, or doesn't work and we can't send a working copy, we'll refund that product.
  • Where the law requires it: we follow the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
  • Disputes: please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issues; most problems are solved fastest that way.
  • After a refund, your license to use those files ends, so please delete your copies.

This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
